When the news came that an expected increase in state tax revenue failed to materialize, GOP legislators charged with modifying Gov. Walker’s proposed budget were forced to acknowledge some tough decisions coming up. But those decisions might not have to be so tough after all. So says Tamarine Cornelius of the Wisconsin Budget Project, an initiative of the Wisconsin Council on Children and Families.
