Madison Area Community Land Trust is a non-profit based in Madison, Wisconsin, that sells high-quality, energy-efficient homes at below market prices to low-moderate income households. Their mission is “to strengthen the Madison community by increasing the supply of affordable homes for present and future generations.” Andy Miller explained that MACLT homes are more affordable because our homeowners purchase the home only, while the land remains part of community-managed the land trust. Lisa Fiala elaborated on her own experience with a MACLT home.

Learn more about the MACLT here or give them a call at (608)280-0131.
