Mary Small is the Policy Director of the Detention Watch Network, a national coalition including organizations from all over the country. The member-driven network works to expose and challenge the injustices of mandatory detention and the deportation system, and advocate for profound change that promotes the rights and dignity of all persons.
Leila Pine, an activist based in Madison, works on border justice and humanitarian aid with the nonprofit human rights group No More Deaths/No Más Muertes.
