Edgar Hoover’s Ghostreaders Framed African American Literature”, details how the FBI is perhaps the most dedicated and influential forgotten critic of African American literature. Maxwell, joins the Friday Buzz during our Pledge Drive Show to tell us how FBI surveillance came to influence the creation and public reception of African American literature.
