engineers neededHave you ever wanted to work behind-the-scenes at a radio station? Enjoy running the controls and learning new technical equipment?

Volunteer to become a sound engineer for WORT 89.9 FM, Madison’s favorite radio station.

This involves running the sound board for live and syndicated broadcast programs. You’ll learn to operate station equipment, including computers, CD & minidisc players, satellite feeds, and emergency alert system. You’ll be responsible for the station’s air signal for 2 hours.

You must be reliable, responsible, and punctual. If your schedule changes frequently or you don’t own a watch, this is not the opportunity for you!
