At the climate change talks in Paris, negotiators have produced a 21-page draft agreement on schedule, and apparently with little acrimony. This week, world leaders will take the draft document and hope to hammer out a final agreement. Having recently returned from Paris, Nathan Schulfer, Professional Programs Assistant Director of the UW Nelson Institute joined Brian Standing to talk about the noise coming out of the summit.
