Pledge Drive Wk 2 – Mourning Dove presents a program featuring her music and an interview style/live music hour. She’s active in the vegan movement. They call themselves ”Folk You.” “Eating animals cannot be reduced to simply a matter of personal ethics any more than can the refusal to allow people of color to enter one’s privately owned establishment. We must recognize the systemic nature of eating animals. The Monday January 14 Access Hour is produced by local singer-songwriter-poet Carell Casey. Carell performs mostly her own songs and other pieces live in the studio and plays tracks from her CD.
