In her career, Madison artist Bird Ross has created very tiny, portable theaters in a wheelbarrow and full-size theatrical sets. She’s made doorstoops, clotheslines with laundry, alphabet blocks, book origami, handbags, and sidewalk mural PSAs to get voters to the polls.
