Roger Garms, a Psychologists, founded the Cambodian School Project in 2002. He is a Vietnam veteran. During the war in 1972 he was stationed near the Cambodian boarder and saw the effects of the war first hand. Later when he visited Cambodia in the 90’s he noticed the difficulties children had in making it to school. more »
