Imagine a world where females are fifty times larger than males, who die immediately after mating. Or where females have to protect their offspring from being eaten by their own father. Or where males parasitically fuse with their female mates, ultimately becoming indistinguishable from their mate and host. These worlds exist… right here, just not for humans.
