Yesterday, the U-S Senate confirmed Amy Coney Barrett as a Supreme Court Justice. As Barrett becomes the third Trump-appointee to the high court, some Democrats are eyeballing ways to counter its six to three conservative majority.
One of those methods is increasing the number of justices, often called court packing — an action that’s almost as old as the court itself.
