Access to public land on the Mississippi

The Wisconsin Legislature recently prohibited access to public land on the Mississippi River by crossing railroad tracks. These lands are now effectively off limits. Tony Castaneda talks with Charlie Preusser, editor of the Crawford County Independent about whether there’s really a safety issue and how access could be restored.
