City Year Milwaukee stormed Madison, Wisconsin, on Friday, February 8, 2013. They came dressed in full uniform: red jackets, khaki pants, white collared shirts and Timberland boots. In other words, they were hard to miss as they flooded the UWMadison campus and Capitol.
