The headline on the UW press release reads “Babbling Brook Adding to Climate Change?” which sounds like it should be the lead for a Fox News story. But, no, this is peer-reviewed research from the University of Wisconsin Limnology and Zoology Departments. Graduate student John Crawford, along with his colleagues Emily Stanley, Seth Spawn, Jacques Finlay, Luke Loken and Robert Striegl, have been studying methane in streams and recently published their results in the journal Global Change Biology. John Crawford joims here in the WORT studios.
