Following last week’s story on ballots and election boundaries, I am following up with Professor Barry Burden.
I’m joined on the line today by Barry Burden, political science professor at the UW-Madison, where he researches topics in public opinion, representation, and the U.S. Congress. More recently, he’s studied election administration and voter participation, and currently serves as the Director of the Elections Research Center.
The spring nonpartisan is one week from today – next Tuesday, April 4th. Early in-person voting is open until next Sunday, April 2nd. If you’re voting early and need to register or update your name or address, you can do so at your early voting site until this Friday. And, you can register at the polls on election day.
To preview your ballot or check your polling place for early voting or for election day, go online to MyVote Wisconsin. If you have questions about your ballot, reach out to your local clerk.
