Bright and early on the Thursday, June 20th 8 O’Clock Buzz host Tony Casteneda talked with State Representative Cory Mason from Racine County. They talked about the State budget discussion – or lack thereof – that is happening currently. Mason explained that the current Democratic strategy, since the complete rebuttal of every single amendment they proposed, is simply to allow the Republicans to run the budget they want and to inform and allow the people of Wisconsin and their districts to see what will happen. As he explained, most people are chiefly concerned with their economic situation and middle-class voters will quickly realize that the trickle-down ideology isn’t as efficient as it’s lauded to be. They also brought up the non-monetary items that Republicans have inserted into the budget.
