As part of the Night Light series through Madison Public Library’s Bubbler, a new art exhibit will open at Central Library that began “by challenging the community not only to provide the ingredients, but also the medium, the energy and the evidence of what we as a community can do.” Victor Castro (known to many as Tetra Pak Man) spoke with Brian Standing about his new project and how it will continue his legacy of community-sourced art.
