Join us in Overture Hall to close out our season-long celebration of Beethoven with world-renowned pianist Garrick Ohlsson. Known for his masterly interpretations of Chopin since winning the Chopin International Piano Competition in 1970, Mr. Ohlsson has over 80 concertos in his repertoire, including several commissioned for him. May 6-8 in a dynamic all-Beethoven concert for the ages in our program called “His Greatest Hits”. This event is sure to be charged with the energy and invention of the master’s Heroic Period and the spectacular pianism of Mr. Ohlsson, described as “magisterial interpretive and technical prowess.”
