MADISON (WORT) — The Wisconsin Legislature–along party lines–has approved an amendment to the Wisconsin Constitution that will change the way the state’s Chief Justice is selected. A statewide referendum on April 7th will determine whether the amendment is officially adopted. Dylan Brogan reports.
