Earlier today, Madison city engineer Rob Phillips announced that, after 30 years with the city’s engineering division, he will be retiring next month.
Phillips has been in the engineering division since the 1980s, and has been involved in countless infrastructure projects around Madison.
WORT Producer Nate Wegehaupt spoke with Phillips to talk about his 30 year career.
