Madison’s historic districts all have different standards of how they are maintained. After all, they were all designated as historic at different times over several decades.
But now the city is looking to unify its standards for how historic districts are preserved, which can be a problem when each area is unique.
To learn more about the process, and how the public can voice their opinion, WORT producer Nate Wegehaupt spoke with Anna Andrzejewski of the Madison Landmarks Commission.
