Alexander Zaitchik is an American freelance journalist based in New Orleans. His writing has appeared in The Nation, The New Republic, Rolling Stone, and Foreign Policy, among many others. He is the author of three books, including Common Nonsense: Glenn Beck and the Triumph of Ignorance (Wiley, 2010).
