Today, more and more children are being injured in competitive sports. An exceptionally high percentage of those injuries are concussions. So what research is being done to reduce the after effects concussions have on the brain? Is it possible to prevent them from happening in the first place?
On Wednesday December 4th our host Tim Hansel spoke with Dr. Greg Landry from the UW Health. Dr. Landry who works with pediatric and adolescent primary care sports and he is also a team physician for the University of Wisconsin Athletic Department about the latest research on concussions.
