Will the fast track Trade Promotion Authority pass in Senate? Will President Obama get the support he needs from Democrats? The House of Representatives voted this morning 218 to 208 to pass a fast track bill that would give President Obama trade authority. The bill will now to go to the Senate where it is believed to be passed. The fast track vote will give Obama and future presidents to send trade agreements without amendments to Congress.
