Congress may be in recess, and the Republican Health Care bill may be stalled for the moment, but many expect that current Senate bill to be revisited and modified to fit the needs of conservative holdouts like Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas and Sen. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin. At present, over 22 million people stand to lose coverage across both the Senate and House versions of the bill when compared to the status quo, which remains that Affordable Care Act.
