The Dane County Humane Society is currently coping with a surplus of cats. So far this month, the Society has taken in nearly 90 cats — bringing the shelter’s total feline population to about 125.
According to Amy Good — the Humane Society’s Director of Development and Marketing — those new cats come as adoptions have stagnated.
For more on this paw-roblem, Good joined WORT producer Jonah Chester earlier today.
