Dane County is not just looking to tackle climate emergencies through programs like Suck the Muck. Another way the county is looking to prevent flooding is by simply restoring and protecting our many wetlands.
Bill Lueders took a trip down to the Falk Wells Sugar River Wildlife Area to learn more about the county’s efforts to restore wetlands for the newspaper Isthmus.
