Farmer Diana Kalscheur Murphy says spring draws people of all ages to Dreamfarm, near Cross Plains, Wisc., to interact with the animal babies: kids, lambs, piglets, and chicks.
In the 26th episode of 5 Minutes on the Farm, Murphy discusses how she raises the kids in her organic goat dairy, famous for its farmstead chevre (sold at Willy Street Co-op and the Westside Community Market on Saturdays). Madisonians Katarina Kobor and her sons Nicolas, 3, and Asa, 1, play with the goats and explore the farm.
