The city of Madison could see as many as 70,000 new residents move in within the next 20 years. All of those new people are going to need housing, adding on to a steadily growing housing crisis facing the region.
Last night, Madison Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway joined District 11 alder Bill Tishler for a town hall meeting, talking with residents about their hopes and concerns about housing in the Madison area.
Tishler sat down with WORT producer Nate Wegehaupt earlier today to break down last night’s meeting.
