How well do you know what you’re eating every day? Does the food you contain have genes in it? Is that a good or a bad thing? Who do you trust when it comes to information about food safety? These and other questions are the thrust of a new survey from the Ag-Bio Research Program of Michigan State University. The results show a great deal of confusion on the part of American food consumers, a population which, of course, includes all of us.
