Matilde Cachiguango is an Indigenous woman from Ecuador who immigrated to the United States in 2001. She is a doula, the owner of Sabiduría Nativa LLC, and a founding member of Roots4Change Cooperative.
Rosalba Montoya grew up in a rural town in Mexico. She is a doula, the owner of Puente Alba LLC, and a founding member of Roots4Change Cooperative.
Mariela Quesada Centeno provides technical and research-driven support to Roots4Change. She holds a PhD in Human Development and Family Studies and a Master of Public Health from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Certificate in Global Health.
