Earthlink’s Deb Beichler is speaking today with Angela West Blank, Director of Strategic Development at the Wisconsin League of Conservation Voters. This year, WLCV is celebrating its 15th anniversary.
To celebrate, the group is holding an event they are calling “Revvin’ It Up For Conservation” at the Goodman Community Center on June 8th. The event will feature Reverend Lennox Yearwood Jr., President and CEO of the Hip Hop Caucus. Rolling Stone called him one of our country’s “New Green Heroes.” The Reverand presents a unifying message centered on the need to find common ground when it comes to climate.
