As the push for a $15 minimum wage for fast-food workers continues in many major U.S. cities, the idea has taken up roots here in Dane County, albeit in a slightly different form. Elected officials have proposed an ordinance amendment which would raise the minimum wage for County employees as well as for those who do contract work with the County.
