In 2016, then-Presidential candidate Donald Trump warned that, if immigration continued unchecked, there might be a taco truck on every corner. To many of us, that sounded just fine. Madison College must think so, too, as they have recently adopted a program called the Food Truck Series to teach would-be culinary entrepreneurs to start, manage and run food trucks.
