The Friends of the Lakeshore Nature Preserve encourage you to Love the Land on Valentine’s Day at a UW Preserve Volunteer Event this Saturday. Meet at Frautschi Point parking lot on Lake Mendota Drive, and help remove invasive trees and shrubs. Dress to work outdoors. Tools and training will be provided. This is Saturday from 1 to 3 pm.
