This Sunday, Professor John Magnuson, with research student Greta Helmueller, on behalf of the Friends of the Lakeshore Nature Preserve, will share what he’s learned in their Road Salt Study of the 1918 Marsh. Parts of the walk may traverse ice, snow or a few inches of standing water, and this field trip may be postponed in case bad weather.
