MADISON (WORT) — The Madison Common Council unanimously voted to add homelessness to the city’s list of protected classes in early June. But on Tuesday, Mayor Paul Soglin surprised many by vetoing the new protections for the city’s homeless citizens. Dylan Brogan has the story.
