Earlier this week, President Joe Biden signed a historic $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill into law.
First up today, Wednesday host Carousel Bayrd takes a close look at the history of the infrastructure bill and how it made its way through Congress with UW–Madison political science professor Eleanor Powell.
Then, she talks about what the bill means for transportation and water infrastructure with Joseph L. Schofer, professor emeritus of civil and environmental engineering at Northwestern University and host of The Infrastructure Show, and Chris Groh, executive director of Wisconsin Rural Water Association.
