Judge Doyle Square is the name for two important blocks in downtown Madison. They’re at the heart of a proposed development that is now 10 years in the making. This project encompasses numerous city issues, including parking, hotel rooms, the value of Monona Terrace, a public market, aging municipal offices, tax incremental financing, and business development.
