All this week, US Supreme Court justice candidate Ketanji Brown Jackson has sat for confirmation hearings to decide whether or not she will become the first Black woman to sit on the U-S Supreme Court.
The hearings have descended into an investigation into Brown Jackson’s political beliefs, as she is asked about Critical Race Theory and past confirmations by the Republican senators at the hearing.
Earlier today, WORT Producer Nate Wegehaupt spoke with John Gross, a clinical associate professor at U-W Madison, to learn more about Brown Jackson and the confirmation hearings.
