This quote is from the website of Holtec, a private “decomissioning” firm which now is attempting to restart the 50 year-old failed powerplant with a $2.5 billion government bailout, according to Kevin Kamps, Radioactive Waste Watchdog at Beyond Nuclear. His recent press release “Scheme at Palisades “Zombie” Atomic Reactor” discusses the issues and those opposing this dangerous proposition.
