Kids Creating Wisconsin is a fun, free event by Createability Wisconsin, focused on getting kids interested in the exciting careers available in the arts and entertainment industry. This outdoors event will feature fun, interactive exhibits run by Camp Createability, local artists, and other event participants. It takes place at their Camp Createability Studio at 4510 Femrite Drive Saturday, Oct. 23 from 10 am – 2 pm
Createability Wisconsin is a training facility and full service studio for artists, filmmakers, graphic designers, animators, and digital media designers with autism or other disabilities. Their studios and training facility provide opportunities for children, teens, and adults of all abilities to gain individualized instruction and job placement in the arts or film and entertainment industry. Debbie Armstrong is the founder and director of Creatability Wisconsin, a former educator of 15 years, and has been working with children with disabilities over the past 34 years. Debbie joins Friday Buzz host, Jonathan Zarov, to talk more about the event and Camp Createability.
