A free week long arts and crafts program for kids 8 to 12 years old kicks off today from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Goodman Library, 2222 South Park Street. Kids can get their hands into painting, paper sculptures, marbling, and more! Phone 266-6395 to register.

Free adaptive water skiing lessons for disabled skiers of all ages are available on Wednesday June 28th from noon to 4 p.m. at Brittingham Park, 829 West Washington. The lessons are provided by Colsac Skiers, a water ski school specifically for children and adults with disabilities. Please register in advance by contacting the Colsac Skiers web site at colsacskiers.com.
