MADISON (WORT) — The people of Madison responded Tuesday to news out of Ferguson, MO, by peacefully protesting outside the Dane County Jail and marching around the Capitol Square. On Monday evening, St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Robert McCulloch announced a grand jury’s decision not to indict the police officer who fatally shot 18-year-old Michael Brown during an incident in August.
