Joining us to talk about the issue of lead laterals in Milwaukee is Coalition on Lead Emergency Chairperson Richard Diaz. COLE’s mission is to to create a sustainable lead safe environment in Milwaukee by engaging a broad range of community partners. They focus on education, advocacy, and work-force development.
