Amidst the flurry of high-profile legislation in the capitol building today, one bill passed through the senate relatively unnoticed. SB158, which now heads to the state assembly for approval, takes steps towards increasing access to tax-exempt savings accounts for Wisconsinites with disabilities.
Those accounts would provide a financial pool to tap into for certain medical expenses.
