Friday host Esty Dinur speaks by phone with Michael Gerrard, Professor of Professional Practice at Columbia Law School and Director of the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law, about the Enewetak Atoll — a nuclear waste site that, with rising seas, risks being submerged in the Pacific Ocean.
In the second half, Esty speaks with Barry Orton, Professor Emeritus in Liberal Arts and Applied Studies and expert in the fields of telecommunications policy and regulation, tells us about net neutrality and why it’s such an important issue. He’s joined in the studio by WORT Board Chair Dave Devereaux-Weber, who’s also got some knowledge on this topic.
