Thursday host Allen Ruff speaks with Philip Gourevitch, contributor to The New Yorker and the author of several books on foreign policy issues. Gourevitch was in Madison a couple of weeks ago to give a talk about the intersection of President Trump’s administration and foreign policy. Today he and Allen discuss the deep undercurrent of violence in this country, the War on Terror, Abu Ghraib and its effect on our political culture, and the way Abraham Lincoln warned us about President Trump.
