Onward and Upward’s program is teaching and training people to work online so that they can work at home (full time, part time, flex time and anytime). This is especially welcomed by moms and dads that want to stay home with their kids and save money (no commute and no childcare cost) … and for disabled (differently-abled) workers, retirees not able to make ends meet, college students needing money to make it to graduation, military spouses, military transitioning to the civilian workforce, and caregivers wanting to earn some money during those times that are convenient.
Onward and Upward also helps homeless veterans, non-veterans, recovering addicts and former inmates. It provides them a means to work for their online employer using a computer workstation at the Onward and Upward Community Online Work Center.
