The U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments this week about a case that labor leaders say would weaken unions.
But some unions in Wisconsin think a ruling in that case could help them overturn Act 10. That’s at the root of a lawsuit operating engineers unions Local 139 and 420 filed over the weekend. These unions represent more than 10,000 large equipment operators across the state, some of whom are public employees.
